I'm not sure about this idea since boss rooms will be even more crowded and what if someone moved their level down by like a hundred and a bug happens, therefore causing them to stay like that? then all those levels the person worked hard for will be gone and they'll have to gain them all over again.

If you're going Evo, then just go pure AP. the difference in damage for Volley Kick isn't much, and if you have enough element comped equipments, then you don't need many skills except buffs, debuffs, and Evo for damage.
