I had that happen last night while using Firefox, switching to IE fixed the problem. The website and merchant system don't seem to be written with anything other than IE in mind. The in game shop is working fine as well.

Yup, you fail at the game now. That's what, a level and a half of points? In the grand scheme of things it's not that big of a deal, it's perhaps at most a two or three points difference. Just put your points into what you mean to know and you'll be fine. At least you didn't put them into MA.
