Think of it as a little hiccup in the data at Ntreev. I highly doubt anything a player does causes this error.

Are you able to talk to the JOKER NPC in the Control Room map?

You have a chance of getting them from the boxes received from the Aria NPC exchange in Megalopolis. You need Card Hunter Crests in order to get a box, and that means you must find Card Hunter Eugene. Although, that particular quest you're trying to do is entirely optional, you don't have to do it in case you didn't know.

They're -secret- meaning almost nobody knows how to complete any of them. You'll just have to do as many things as you can think of and hope you get something.

You don't have to finish all the normal missions in order to get the secret ones. It's just that they're secret, nobody knows what you have to do to complete them.

Those are the normal missions. There are 18 secret ones which aren't listed whatsoever and the only way you'll know if you completed one is to check your Secret Mission counter there on the event page.

I was able to enter it last night with no problems whatsoever. Try the ''Check Files'' option before your game start up and see if that does the job in fixing your issue.

No, you don't need to worry. It's just keeping track solely for you to know how long you've had the Seed and nothing else.
