I think you are able to read the answer from your own post: you can pay with Visa only in US and Canada and it says so in the payment site also. Under the credit card button in payment options there's "for US and Canada only" for credit cards.

Get PayPal? If you can with your card, that is. I use PayPal myself and it's working fine.

Check other ways to pay? There might be some that's working for you.

yea pretty much use paypal as xienne says..

well fo me i prefer using paypal anyway its one of the safest ways to do transactions online =D

just sign-up and then after that there's no hassle everytime you want to do any transactions you just enter your e-mail and pass then after that the transaction is done.. a couple of second later u get an online reciept. takes me less than 1 minute to rechage points =D
