killy00:a just created a new char in my account but every time i login its say something about using a "3rd party" and any further try will end up in a ban and i dont want my account banned =( this just happens with my new char my other 2 chars r fine
Are you using Vista? If you are, that tooltip on the side of your screen that shows the time/headline news/etc (forgot what it's called) will make the game give that error. Just close that and you'll be fine.
If you're not on Vista, do you have any antivirus software running? Some of the "suite" or all-in-one antivirus softwares like to do things to running programs..which will then cause that error. Try disabling it before you run the game.
If you still get the error, download HijackThis(find on google) and run it. Post the log.
AFAIK there hasn't been anyone that's actually been banned for that message..because there's SO MANY different outcomes OTHER than hacking that causes it.
