i guess there are not enough posts about that.....
seriously Ntreev/GMs.... when we got a problem with ask GMs to help....most of the time u asnwer by "report in 1:1 support" we all know that this 1:1 support fail.....i asked a gm i dont remember who but i asked when will that system start work....and even he answer and said:    "soon"    >_> exactly how he said.......my friends getting banned without reasong....im getting tons of bugs.....and no1 answer us.... what do every1 expect us to do >_>?

YEA THATS SO FAIL My account got deleted and now i want back it via 1:1 Support But THEY DONT ANSWER 2 months

 

AND im so mad cuz i cant get my regret boxes GUN! Cuz my char deleted and cant open boxes with lvl 20 I love you!!!!

PLEASE do something:S im so nervous!

bad thing we can spam with macro mouse recoders and spam them:S with letters!:D im really nervous

Good luck on that.  My 1:1's from June 24th are still unanswered.  I was even asked, by them, to send an email to a specified address and guaranteed a response; it's now been a month and I've not received anything in response.

i Spam them ..leaved auto keyboard mouse macro to send them same letter

got like 74 pages of 14x letters:D still unaswered all:D:D:D: 

Somehow I don't think spamming them will help any.  I've given up on contacting them; they have about 6 different ways to contact me and I check my 1:1's from time to time to see if they've been answered.  It's unfortunate... we had a lot we could accomplish too.
