Not a good build (because I've tried it at lv. 210)..other than it benefiting you with more crit and weight (weight more since most items don't increase weight) I suggest either what I am (3124) or 4114 if you prefer the power. With 2 in sense you carry more stoof and crit more often then with a 1 in it and that is always a bonus. You don't want to sacrifice ap, ac, and dx that much however unless you don't pvp or love to use skills your whole life (cause without elements, your normal hits and normal ap for skills is greatly reduced). ac is definitely important as well if you melee.
