Sorry if this Topic is on the wrong place,but i hope someone can answer it.

Its been 2-3 Weeks and nobody answered  about my problem.

How long does it take for a answer ??

Hizaki, it will probably take forever. I don't know one person that ever was answered to a 1:1. I sent some bug reports through it (didn't used the foruns then) and never got an answer. Anyway, this is a old battle, if you had searched first (i recomend you do in the future) you would find some threads about it.

And what should users do,when they have Probs with Items ect ??

The Users (including me) invest much money in this Game and there is no Support *lol*

For what exist then the 1:1 Support *lol* *sigh*

The fastestway is to do what you just did, post a thread here. Or try to talk with a GM in the game or by PM here too.

Hmm i sent Pm to gm-s they pmed that theres a several pms before my one:) so i dont worry much:) 

i have some that went throgh in hours and ive had some from... wait what day was this acount made O.o... well yer that long ;3

i really wonder too......GM Raven.....u tell us to send 1:1 support if something is not working..........i had 1:1 emails since the last system and no1 answered me more than a half year.....now u made new system......to make it work good.....and it been over more than 2 monthes and i didnt got answer too.....also all those new bugs that been after patch.....but thats not the bad part!. my friend just got a parnament ban for a fales reason she never did >_> and u told her to send 1:1 support....but u never answer that msg....so how can u expect us solving that? if u can answer i would like to hear u plz ........
