A few weeks ago I tried to recharge 15k using a Visa Gift Card.

I made 3 attempts and it said all 3 times that it didn't go through, that it was declined with an AVS mismatch.

However, I check online on my Visa and the money was still charged for $48 CAD but this does not appear in my recharge history, nor did i receive any of the points.

 

I had posted this on 1 vs 1 support about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I still dont have any replies.

Sorry about that man.  Try posting in the general discussion thread as well, maybe you'll get some answers (not a whole lot of people visit the website glitches.)
