As the title states, I supposedly didn't recharge a while ago when i tried to add fifteen dollars to my mule. I went and left the page up for sometime that Is supposed to let me know it all went through, 'all clear' from what I saw. I discovered the problem when I log into the character and see he only has two thousand from a previous event. I waited, checked again, nothing. Logged out, back into my main for a bit to see he somehow got three thousand points of out the air to the twenty I put on him awhile ago. Went back to my mule and still nothing, so I checked his history and that stated he'd never charged. Unless I didn't hit 'proceed' at the end there's a serious problem afoot. I know accidents happen , this isn't the first time it has happening in the history of charging, and i don't need a speedy fix. I plan to try again with the minimum amount to ensure all is well.
If this has happened to anyone else and your problem was remedied without he aid of gm help, could you share what happened? I want to eliminate all possibilities before I come to the conclusion that the points somehow were sent to someone other person.
