Tuvis' guide for a better market place.

A little guide I figured would be in place.

    - You're the buyer:

If you want to buy something, set up an estimated price how much you want to buy the goods for(that way people can either come to you, if they want to sell their wares to you, or, people can correct you, if you are wrong on the pricing due to lack of knowledge(say, you offer 50m for a 4G1, but there is no way someone would sell one for that price(unless theyre very generous) and people can tell you the appropriate value). Always include ingame name(IGN) and what channel you reside on, incase you are a Jewelian player. Times can be added to, when you are on, for additional detail, but don't consider it a requirement.

    - You're the seller:

If you want to sell something or a bunch of items, set up an estimated price how much you want for the items(that way people who are sure on their thing can contact you easily, and if your prices are too high, people can correct you(say you'd want 250k for a Book of the Dead, spite they go for like 100k). That way, people can leave appropriate offers(in case of an auction, set a minimum starting bid) otherwise its bound for stupid posts where people offer 1g, and the like. Always include in game name(IGN) and what channel you reside on, incase you are a Jewelian player. Times can be added to, when you are on, for additional detail, but don't consider it a requirement.

    - Mannerisms:

If you are a buyer/seller and decide to respond to a thread/make a thread, make sure you stick up to your deals/words you make. Its not fun if you want to buy something and the person doesn't stick up to their deal. Those kinds of topics will be a reference to avoid future deals with the person, due to misbehaving(Thou this doesn't give you the right to tell word around to not deal with the person! Defaming is against the rules!). You could very well after making a successful deal with someone in a thread, post a positive feedback post. And those who sell, remember to check off wares in your sales list, and buyers, make sure you make a notice in your topic incase you have found your items elsewhere or made a successful deal. That way topics can be clean, and organized.

Also avoid posting drabble in someones buying/selling topic. If you make price suggestions/deals/offers make them with serious thought in mind. Not something like, "lolololol you nub, those GMVs aren't worth that xDDD", rather say it as in, "Sorry, but GMVs only go for ~X value.". Be constructive and informative.

If you have sales/purchase topics that are going to second page, in topic list, you could bump them once, for making them active again. But don't bump them rapidly just between days if they are stil on page 1.

And finally, make sure you put your topics, posts and price suggestions to the right worlds. Remember, items do not have a global value most of the time that is the same on both Fantasia and Jewelia.

    - MyShop & Raw Money:

Sales involving MyShop are stricly discouraged and not allowed. That means no galder for MyShop, no ingame items for MyShop, no MyShop for galders, no MyShop for ingame items. And definately not any raw cash such as dollars, for ingame items, as well. MyShop items are those items you purchase for MyShop points. Be it an item alone for itself, a special set, recharge coupons, or even gacha coins. Also, gacha items and egg shop items are in no way tradeable. So keep these things in mind.

    - Scammers:

As much as we would like to know what players are bad eggs and the like, please refrain from posting topics about scams. Its defaming, which is against the rules, and it can get you into trouble for posting such even if you haven't done anything wrong, and provide full proof and everything. Nothing more really needs to be said about this. So simply in order to avoid trouble, don't post it.

    - Ending words.

Feel free to comment if you want, be it positive, negative, or addons that you think would fit in this guide. Thank you for taking the time to read this guide, and hopefully was informative or a good guidance.

My opinion is mine alone. Stop making assumptions.

Tuvis, for one, I wish you could add this rule to Mannerisms:

Person A posted a thread buying something. Person B wanted to sell Person A that thing, but Person C came along and wanted the thing that Person A wanna buy, so he/she posted on that thread and ask Person B for that stuff. >_>; Now, isnt that annoying? Person C should make his/her own thread instead.

lol but that would be unexpecting but still some people actually do that. I go by the rule "first come, first serve." So be the first one there.
