I’m here to let you know that we are looking into the Cannot Connect to Update Server issue.

Remember that If you are attempting to play from one of the following countries that you will go to the appropriate site to download the version for your region:

China          Hong Kong          Japan          Macao          South Korea          Taiwan

To aid us in the resolution of this issue we would like for those of you who have received this error to respond to this post and provide us with the following information. 

Region

• Country
• State/Province
• County

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider)

When did this issue start for you?

Frequency of occurrence:

• Does this happen only during certain times?
• Does this happen more on certain days?

Please keep posts on topic, including any information you feel may help resolve the issue.

I played trickster before my board  review, i forget the user name. then i created new one after the board exam. this issue started last week and still can't play.

sorry but exclude me I chage my connection to wirelees to wire and It works sorry for incoveniece.

northern Arkansas centurytel.net approx 7 days down time time was not an issue nor was server load

issue started after downloading xp  update to change to service pack 3  was in game  abnormal connection error followed by exception error exit the game for a restart and then the cannot connect to server error also while i was experiencing this  the trickster download page was also giving a 404 message as well and the neffy plug in for the patch would not connect as well although the use of a proxy was able to allow me to play the game it would not resolve the download issues

the normal launcher is currently working again yay thank you  so much for fixing it download page unknown

 what i noticed was it only happened near midnight

 

basically 4 nights ago i got DCed from trickster at around 12 midnight
next night it was about  1am , then the following night again at 12 midnight I wasn't even able to access tricksteronline.com... :/

i thought maybe it was just me, but i asked a friend who plays and another friend who doesn't play trickster to just check the website for me
the friend who played also got DCed from trickster, and the friend who doesn't play said he couldn't access/connect to the website either

The day after I joined things started acting wonky. I think that was about a week ago but I'm not sure.
