Secret Cards are obtained from Card Identification skill.
P.Anemone card is needed to obtain the Mind Eye skill.
You activate the skill. Double click a card you want to use and then match pairs. That's the basis of it.

but if I use the same card every time, will i still have a chance of getting those secret cards?
It doesn't matter how many of what card you use; a card is a card when using Card Identification.
If you want Secret Cards I would recommend only doing Stage 1, never any other Stages as they all have equal chances to give Secret Cards. This way you'll waste less cards.

Two last question,
1. Are the any specific cards which will ensure that the user will get the secret cards?
2.If i use such as the Muck Card, and i got the secret card no.1, will i have a chance of getting other no. of secret cards by using this card again?
No card has any higher or lower chances as any other card used. Secret Cards appear entirely randomly.
