No. Ears and tails can only be worn by their own type like normal ones.

Where and how do i start the soul seed quest? i saw it's the egg from mirage but it doesn't give me a quest...

The shop window says "use period ended" on the ears and tails... But they're not timed since they're not MyShop, right?
And the shopkeep says something about compound slots and that they'll appear only if you buy them. Is that kinda like buying random stat item boxes, except theres no box? Are the stats fixed still?

Appearently the ears have a 15 day timer to them. I'd assume the tails would be the same.
