yes 35mins supposedly, and u cant get wings, cept lil angel ones by helping newbies but no1 really does it anymore

Assuming they don't have to extend the time maintenance should be over in about 30minutes I believe.
You earn wings in the game by helping beginners. Type in ''/Angel on'' into your chat box, without quotes, to turn the Angel requests on for yourself. From there you just go about doing whatever while waiting to see if you get a request. Once you do you will be warped to that person and help them. Once you've helped them you can return to what you were doing before and when the person you helped reaches Lv.31, if I recall correctly, you earn a Wing.
The more people you help the higher ''level'' your wing becomes. The best is golden I believe.
Also, type ''/Angel off'', without quotes, to turn requests off if you want.
