Yep yep! That's my point! It's so sad how Ntreev forgets about the sense-types, specifically gunners and lions. My heart goes out to them!
Gun Booster isn't based on percentage, but a fixed value, which doesn't add up to much in the end...
It may be a debuff, but does any other class get a skill that lets you 'bypass' resists? I think not.

They get debuffs that lower attack which counters the resist lowered.
Stop hating on this, I bet that you bully lions around and only one stood up to you and killed you with it, that is why you think that evens it out.

Like I say, ''Debuffs don't matter if you don't even live long enough to cast them''. This is for PvP/GvG of course.
Also, Shield Breaker has a -very- high fail rate which makes it very useless when up against numerous monsters. It's good only for Bosses, but if anyone has tested enough or noticed, Shield Breaker also takes longer to cast on Bosses than for other monsters.

It does not bypass, it debuffs as what it is meant to do. MDef Breaker is to the same extent of Shield Breaker, just not as high of a reduction percentage.
High fail rate + Long casting time + 17 second duration(if it succeeds) = not very useful in PVP compared to other classes' debuffs, which are at average 30+ second duration and short cast times.

They should make 3rd anniversary card give an LK boost. It's almost the only skill all classes rely on heavily.
And plus, 1st anniversary cards are still completely overpriced. :s

No qualms about this. There are many defects of that debuff, to even say it's a substitute for gunners no AC buff skill.

Still, it's for pure Scientist, not for Hunter Lords nor Cyber Hunters. There should be a skill for basic AC boost for all gunners.
