i know no one from ntreev ever reed the suggestions forum but still, my concern is that the gameguard software ntreev uses for trickster is outdated and let hacker in-game more easily, also it makes some users having problem with the game.
1- update the freakin software... or get rid of it and get a new one for god sake
2- help users having problems cause the answer from most 1:1 with ntreev end up being ur (insert problem) isn't cause by us please contact the right person
3- if you cannot do #1 explain why you keep the old version of gameguard
4-if any gm or ntreev staff read this please answer and not just look at it and laugh of your customer myserie =P (i'm talking to you loki)

If they got rid of Gameguard, that would let hackers in even easier, neh? And everyone knows the GMs don't answer your questions over the forum. You must send a 1:1 report. And they answer your questions, you must be thinking of the old 1:1 reports. And actually, it's not really their fault if you get hacked.
There are some things in life we can't do...And that's why we have the internet.

We've had a number of player's suggestions implemented though.

There would be client clashes like Exceptional Errors, due to conflicting files on the server, but more of less it's from GameGuard/Nprotect.If you know hex editing, or hiding gameguard by injecting certain files with MLE, you can prevent these from happening. It allows better gameplay too.But , it's not entirely NProtect is outdated or what. They can just easily switch it to hackshield, the most up to date gameguard/protect i'd say.But still they serve the same purpose.
in progess (:

no i mean get a new type of protection that doesn't mess up the game like gameguard is. i did send 1:1 and since im running windows 7 it's useless. and i didn't get hacked i just seem to notice more and more hackers around.

about the mle hex editing is actually considered I love you! so...
and yes trickster should update their protection to solve most of the crash happening because of their outdated gameguard
I support this
1:I do have Windows 7 and I do have other OS as well as come into problems a lot with GG so as of course GG is on my negative side

iPaws: cyberxxl:about the mle hex editing is actually considered I love you! so...Not really. You can't hex edit server side files. You can only edit for your own client, it's a client side based. It's not breaching TOS as far as I'm concerned.
Hex editing is reverse engineering of the game client, and is indeed breaking the ToU.
