Im new and Im a level 7 raccoon and so far ive put all my points in HV o.o Is this right? I keep missing when i attack..

HV is good for Raccoon, so you've done everything right ^^

Missing isn't problem when you get more Lv. and your stats get higher.

Alternatively, you might want to go with AP & HV mixed.
