I think I heard something about a Windows XP mode for Windows 7.  I hope that some day it will work without XP mode cause I am getting Windows 7 on my new desktop.  Not sure if XP mode is out yet or not and think it requires 1-2 GB ram more to use that.  Good luck if you can find it

Well, I have Windows 7 and I play Trickster.

There's a workaround for this matter in this website: http://www.forgottenportal.com/downloadpage?task=view.download&cid=81

It is specified for Rappelz, but works for Trickster too. Just download the zip on the website, take the file "Gameguard.des", put it into the Trickster directory (ex: C:\Trickster), replacing the old one (or make a backup copy it just in case), and then rename the GameGuard Folder (or delete it). Once you start Trickster, the gameguard will update itself, making it compatible with Windows 7.

It would be nice if NTREEV changed the file for gameguard we needed for us instead of us having to do it ourselves but I can understand if they choose to wait until the official release date for W7 or a little after

Actually it did work for me, When you go to the link that the guy gave you, it says up top to clink the link to the other page if you do not need it for that other game, so click it then download it.  But it says to replace the folder...do not do that, just delete the gameguard.des and replace it with the new one.  Do not delete or replace anything else.

But changing client side files are editing files, won't it result to IPban/PermBan?
-It's editing of files though-
People could server side/client side edit, and make everything easier D:
