!!! Addition added to the very top as a disclaimer. Reporting is not to be used for a mean of getting support, and you won't get any attention to your case faster because you report it rather than just properly having it posted in the proper tech/bug report forums. !!!
So yeah, sometimes some of us friendly moderatory folks can't see the forum 24/7(curse this humanity! o.o) and sometime some wicked evildoer might just pop in and try start some ruckus. But dont be afraid. Rather, if you see such posts, navigate to the bad post. At the right, you see a "More" button. Click it, and a menu drops down, like this:
Then navigate to the "Report Abuse" part, and click it. A new screen will load, that looks exactly as when you make a new post/topic on the forum. Just like this:
File the subject as normal, and then the reason for your report and whatnot. Just as if you'd write a normal post(but think of it as you are writing a post to the moderators instead). When you hit post, bam, all us moderators will get a message that looks like this:
Where we see you being the reporter, the post you sent us with the reason and subject, and the post that you reported, so we can check its contents out.
So really, you have nothing to lose by reporting, but rather, you can get those nasty things away faster by reporting it so it gets our attention asap. So use it! Its as easy as poking a torobbie! ^^

It depends on the contents of the reported post.
There might be a warning. There might be an immediate ban.
Just depends.
