For each day during the event that you play at least one hour you will receive a Back to School Giftbox!These giftboxes contain useful items for any trickster player and are a good way to Close out summer and bring in fall.
Additionally, Every day during the event Seek out GM Grimm for attendance sheets. After the event the sheets will be exchangeable for Items in Megalopolis!(After the event a player will be able to transfer the sheets between characters on the same account via the storage system)

i didn't get my boxes even though i played at least an hour straight.
i've checked a couple places, inventory, storage, bank, myshop, and couldn't find the mentioned gift box(es).
so i played at least an hour straight during the weekends, however during the weekdays, i just went and opened a shop for at least 2hours.
so my question is, am i not elligible for the boxes?
You should have more luck getting an answer to your question if you submit a 1:1 Report about your problem. They'll look into it and see whether or not you were eligible.
