This event is very simple. Hunt Devil Minions for certificates. Once you have completed all the quests, go to cora to exchange your tickets.
What about the Artists Quest? The Paint he requests is drillable everywhere and finishing the Quest gave me Herb Potions. But is there a special reward? And how many Questcycles are there?
Quest cycle is 5. So that means you would need 25 Paint for the artist total.
Wow, very easy. O_o Somewhy those Events are kind of imbalanced. :/
What about the reward? Always Herb Potions?
Actually for the higher levels, they ask for 10 painters paint per cycle.
