so i know what i'm talking about
i am NOT talking about mana ring and mana storm when they DON'T ohko
i'm talking about them when they DO ohko
let's compare mana ring and arrow rush:
mana ring kills a monster in 0.3 seconds; arrow rush kills a monster in 1.5 seconds
that's FIVE TIMES AS SLOW
not to mention mana ring can kill multiple monsters at once if they're close together
so when you have enough MA to ohko with all your skills, whether that be 800+ MA or 1000+ MA, etc., mana ring is a must-have skill
Yes, yes... I know what you mean as I feel the same about my Wind Blade despite the damage it does compared to other skills. However, before anyone gets to that point where they can 1-hit monsters, mana ring and mana storm don't get to shine as much. I'm just inputting my opinions on the skill in the mid-range where it's useful early on in the game but not as useful until much later on.
From your video, we can already clearly see that ring and storm can pwn.
This is similar with my Wind Blade as it's useful when you first get it, but then not as useful since damage-wise, it loses it's shine. Then, when you can 1-hit all the salamanders at Tap or eventually a whole ton of other monsters later on in the game, you start loving it more. Especially since there's barely any cool down and the cast time is super fast. xD

You can learn Dark Lance/Staff of Agony now or continue with Fear/Scythe. Personally, I just prefer to get Fear and Scythe mastered first.
... how did you learn scythe without dark lance since its a prerequisite, you got me confuse.

I already know what you were talking about. But because of the revo now, its tougher to ohko with those skills now. Also, I dont know of too many mages that can hit 1k+ ma so easily either.
