Hi I just used a prepaid card for myshop and it said that it took the money but it's not showing up on my myshop, and it says i cant buy anything cuz i dont have enough myshop when i just put in 10 points. That was yesterday.... what do i do?
try re entering the code againe, where are you from because their are diffrent exchange rates in diffrent countries. in any case try a 1:1 report or see if their is any help on the offical prepaid card site.
also change the tital to something like "no points from my prepaid card", that way people would know what your problem is
