First of all... I haven´t seen anyone explaining this so I do it and being a vid-maker myself I know these things a bit more..=)

This is how the link itself looks like :
So, how to do that then? Well... let´s go over it step by step shall we? ^_^
First, you head to your "More" button
Then you choose "Edit"
Here you click on this icon :
To get to another window that looks like this :
The usual way is to use the third option "From URL" so let´s use that...
Add the link from the site itself by highlighting it like this (I took my third video as an example here) and copy it (ctrl+c)
Now add it in the URL window like this :
And poof! It looks like this!
And with this you´ve learned how to use the new system a bit more... ^_^

What you did was "emb" the video on your post. Like so:
As the smart ones will notice, the link is the exact same line of URL. The "embed" tag on youtube pages are quite useless, as every site supports direct URL's.
