There is no limit to how many times you change your appearance. You can have your appearance as the job you are, or any lower job. I'm not a pro,but
When you're against a koom and have a magic type on your team that knows cure,ask them to get ALOT of mp pots and cure the team continuosly because the Cool down time of Cure is pretty much nothing
At yellow Health I guess you can try Hit & Run
Oh and if you have enough members on your team you should clear away some monsters around the koom to get rid of extra damage
These are experimental I have never ever tried them.

its not only on charm type i went with my buffie and he exploded and kiled me!!!!
