Hardant doesn't work?

With the 3k ntreev points, i went to buy a DA Hardant 60, then i tried on my Notos. And the next thing is that they told me was that the pet cannot be reinforced. Then i tried with Maneki Seko SE, but got the same results... i did this at the paradise shop btw

Why isn't the hardant working?

Uhm, the hardants only work on the Warren pets, or those pets that look like nearly-human, and jaundiced a bit pets.

I thought they worked with Egg Pets.
