Nice to see how random the GMs are ^^
First, she doesn't KNOW what she got banned for.
Second, even if she was banned for using "that word" Step was banned for something different. At least I'm assuming he was banned for the "raid." Even then, I heard GMs were giving messages to the people that got pegged on their mains.

Disrupting an event and disrupting other players is pretty darn annoying. I'd ban permaban anyone doing something so obnoxious if I were in charge.
