Yes and I will gladly give my support in that case.
However, my apologize, I couldn't even sense any slightest hint that you felt guilty or apologetic about this whole matter.
All I could sense is bitterness from the perma banned and regret but not guilt.
What I'm trying to say? Well, they have told the banned people to use the 1:1 to express their case and I believe blaming one party without introspecting yourself won't help your cause.
The same can be said to any aggresive supports, if anything it's the opposite.

Have to agree in that matter, we don't even know when they will launch the so called new 1:1 support, very soon is not good enough.
I guess all you could do is make one and wait, perhaps they will put some of their attention into this matter because this case is not really a walk in the park.

Well, yeah, I don't believe this forum is the best way to discuss about this. They rarely, almost to the point of never, reply in any account related thread.
Discussing their policy in forum might against their bureaucracy rules.
I know very well you are upset and I must say you handle it quite well, I guess it better to take a breather then use whatever legal channels available to fight your cause.
