=/ I think its good to have a few different Attack skills, remember, I have a champion too. In this skill build, without Flash Cut, you'd only have Burning Rave, Upper Smash, Uppercut, Quad, and Tetra, which is a waste in PvM, as attack skills. And since Nobody's gonna use Burning Rave, Uppersmash, and Tetra in PvM at 3rd Job, You only have Uppercut and Quad, which get annoying to use over and over due to Uppercut's long cool down time, so I say Flash Cut could/should be used to help wait out the cool time. It's nothing about damage, but about cool time and long distance enemies.

Champion. Duelists are very gear dependant to reach their "decent" power level, compared to Champions.
