Conversion in the Philippines from cash to ntreev cash points is not exact, because you have to pass through a top-up first. But, here goes the exact prices available in the Philippines.
Note: (CC = Cherry Credits)
145 pesos = 5000 CC
290 pesos = 10,000 CC
580 pesos = 20,000 CC
Then, converting CCs into ntreev cash pointss, you will use this conversion:
7,000 CC = 5,000 Ntreev Cash Points
14,000 CC = 10,000 NCP
... and so on, the conversion utilizes multiples of 7. So, in order to have 5k myshop points, you have to buy 10,000 worth of CC (290 pesos) but after converting it to myshop points, you will still have 3k worth of CC, so that next time you want to reload, you only need to buy 5,000 worth of CC to have 5k myshop points, leaving you with 1k worth of CC.

netopia has loadcentral, theyre the one that sells cherry credits, php 415 = 14000cc = 10k myshop points.
id suggest you buy that one.
