I have recharged 20k points on the 28th of April (after the announcement had been posted), but I have not received Bonus Coins for this. I had sent a 1:1 about this, but the support message is gone now.... o.O I'm guessing somehow I wasn't eligible for the Bonus Coins, and I'd like to ask if people here can think of any clarification for this. ^_^;
The first thing my friend asked, was whether it was the 28th in USA when I recharged, but since I recharged after the announcement, and the announcement was placed on the 28th, I doubt that's the problem. o.o

One possibility is that you were confused about what you had to do to get your bonus coins. Although the title of the event said something about recharge bonus, the event text says that you get bonus gacha coins if you *spend* a certain amount of points. The two are not the same. Simply recharging doesn't require you to actually spend all the 20k points so you could save some of them for later. The event name was a bit misleading.

On this page, it doesn't say anything about spending. Your explanation reminds me of the B-Team Box event though; it starts with Recharging and requires spending.
Yes you're right, I guess I was thinking of the b-team one and mixing it up because it was also 20k points. That bonus gacha event clearly does not require spending the points.
oh great im not the only one with this problem. I recharged alot on April 28. and didnt received any free coins too.. -.-

i thought it was spending cuz i had 20k.. (like before the event, i just never used it)then i used it... and i got a b box? o__O

Interesting I'm not the only one. @_@ I wonder if I should submit a new 1:1, since the other one disappeared. That might just be a bug or something, who knows.
