Gatcha fails?

Ok, I was on the website and I had 3 coins so I thought I'd play gatcha right? Got some kool prizes and it said the items would be on my account when i logged on.................. I checked every inch of that dang account and not one of those prizes were there.

Did i do somthing wrong, or should I never play gatcha on the site cause I'll get ripped off? Please Help.

when I download a manual patch on website I can't extract file and It tell me the file name data is have a problem what should I do

i am very pissed off right now becuase the 1:1 on the site SUCKS and provides no help. my anti virus program "McAfee" tells me that it blocked trickster becuase it is a trojan virus 'artemis or something . nProtect tells me to disable my antivirus program and then restart it once i was on trickster. i tried this and a trojan virus did, in face, invade my computer and steal my MSN and AIM passwords. i have tried every trick in the book to fix this. it all comes down to the download file on the website, PLEASE have some sort of maintance for the site and clean that download file. im very very upset im missing out on the Azhi drake boxes right now!!

So I'm trying to send a 1:1, since I got scammed for my blood sword, but when I click send a message pops up saying:
"HTML is unavailable in the comments section."
Any ideas on how to get this off? :X I want my blood sword back .-.

Paypal-Recharge problem.

Today, I bought a $50 dollar visa gift card to get some Ntreev pts. I activated the card throught its website, and added the card to my paypal. I know that adding a credit card on paypal deducts $1, so I should have $49 left. The first time I recharged, I clicked on the 30,000 points, it recharged and worked fine. But when I tried to recharge by clicking the 15,000 points option, Paypal tells me

"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow."

I even tried using the 5,000 and 10,000 points option, but still shows the same message. I know that I have enough money because I checked my card on the visa gift card website, and it says I still have 19 dollars. Is there like a limited amount I can recharge? Or is there a time limit between the two charges? If this is a bug, please fix it. Help would be appreciated!

Ok, nevermind. I waited for a while and the 10k option worked, but the 15k still didnt. I guess its kind of a glitch, and 5k isnt that much anyways. This topic can be deleted

Recharging through the Trickster website?

Because of the new "Bonus Gacha Coins!" and the "Eggs and the Moon" events, I've decided to recharge some 10k points. But, what it states here:

The recharge must be done through http://trickster.ntreev.net or Trickster in-game recharge page to qualify.

Recharges done through http://www.ntreev.net, http://grandchase.ntreev.net, and http://pangya.ntreev.net and their in-game recharges WILL NOT qualify.

I've tried everything but I still haven't found a way to recharge from http://trickster.ntreev.net. Does that mean I have to recharge in-game?

Firefox crashes with Recharge button

As mentioned, the ranking works only for Fantasia and not Jewelia... at first I thought it was due to a maintain so I kinda let it be for the moment, but then I saw Fantasia´s rankings are still there! It need to be fixed.. just telling you guys... I´m surprised something like that gets passed by... well, at least now you know. It´s broken atm.

Forum messed up

Has no one noticed that the forum is all messed up. Fantasia market place only shows like six topics when there should be pages. My story in trickster lore shows five pages of no comments. This started happing for me when this adds started appearing for me.

Are the GM's even going to fix this.

Guilds on rankings

The guilds listed on the character rankings are so outdated, like almost a year or more. Is it ever going to be updated? Shouldn't it be automatic or something?
