You could try drilling in Black Swamp fields. Rubies used to be there. However, since a 3rd job quest item is found there, the rings may have been removed. Still, since you'll have to drill there eventually, it wouldn't hurt to check.

I suggest going for accessories that can be compounded either MA or Luck. Trust me on this one >.> [Though, you still need to make the distinction if the item you want is worth the money.]

Thanks for the information. I earned 150k by drilling like a madman, so I'm a happy camper. I will follow your advice and pass the rings up. My Fox is level 39, so I decided to get her up to level 40 and sell the giftbox. I'll probably just use the rings you get from the job change quests until I can find something better.

I already knew about Emerald Rings. They add 6 MA, cost 2,500 galder, and are sold at the Carbigal Shop (you teleport there from Black Swamp). I appreciate your help, though. =)

The Ruby and Diamond rings are unavailable anymore. They can only be bought via players, and I HIGHLY SUGGEST you to NOT GET THE RING. There will be plenty of other accessories that are MUCH MORE BETTER than those two rings.

However, Emerald rings are available at the Swamp store. I think they're +4 MA, and they are sold from the NPC for like.. 1k?

I found a Ruby Ring in a shop for 1.5m galder. Being quite poor for my level (level 39 and 36, 600k total), I could not afford it. However, the +8 MA interested me. I searched the forums to see where to get these rings, and it turns out that they were from a quest that is no longer available (the same applies to Diamond Rings). However, there was supposedly a second way to get the rings. Ruby Rings are supposed to be found by digging in Relics Field and Diamond Rings are supposed to be found by digging in Tapasco Field 3.

My question is quite simple. Is it still possible to dig these items up? If so, then my Fox is going to have a drilling party. If not... well... at least I earn a decent amount of galder from all these quest items I'm selling. xP

Note: I DID search. I was only able to find posts from last year, as well as some post from earlier this year where someone was trying to buy these rings. The wikis (MyMMOGames and MyTrickster) still have Ruby Rings in the drilling list for Relics Field, so there is hope. I just need confirmation, since the information in the wikis could be updated. (I had to add some myself since no one else would. >,<)
