ok my names ~Excalibur~ on the game.. i have no idea why but ive been permanently banned~? ive put hundreds maybe a thousand dollars into myshops.. and ive done nothing wrong.. all day today all ive done is train.. and i get banned?? what can i do...

have you been banned before? If I'm reading it right, you are blocked cause of a whole pile of penalties. Did you harrass any1 or made any offensive comments?

ive been banned once like months ago, and no i wasnt harrasing anyone :(

Well, you can file a 1:1 enquiring about your banning...... or really think through on what you have done/said through out your online time.....

Bannings based on penalty cumulative means, as Damien said, you were banned and didn't learn from your mistakes.  These type of bannings aren't by mistake or accident, and it doesn't mean that what happened today had anything to do with it.  Someone may have reported you yesterday or a couple days ago and they just got around to it today.

Honestly, I find it hard to have sympathy for these kind of cases.  If you were perma banned on your first offence, that's one thing, but this is because you were banned before, and you got reported for the same reason you were banned.

Also, spending money on the game doesn't mean that you are allowed to break the rules.  It's irrelevant how much you've spent because it doesn't matter if you spend $10 or $5,000, if you break the rules, you can get booted.
