    Blue Screen?????! O.o

Okay... I updated trickster and started it, in the middle of the loading page before you hit "game start." Then I got a blue screen that said a bunch of stuff. I got this before when I exited off of Trickster once, the day before the update. What is it and how do I fix it???

The only way to get rid of it is if I restart my comp by force.

    Hi

Ouch that hurts, First of all what operating system are you using? Windows XP or Windows Vista. Also can you list down your computer specifications examples are motherboard, cpu, hard drive, memory, video card,CD/DVD Rom,Lan Card. Also what software are you running on your computer also list the antivirus you use.

My Guess is that you might have a Computer Memory or Video Card Problem

The Solution for this is to remove your video card or memory and clean the contacts with a soft piece of paper rub the paper slowly and gently on the contacts. Also use a soft brush to remove dirt and dust on your memory and video card. Don't forget to remove dust on your motherboard memory slots too. Then insert your video card and memory again and boot up your computer. After that run a registry cleaning software if you have one to clean up unwanted registry entry's in windows. Then try running Trickster Again. I hope this solves your problem. reply ASAP ^^

Alright here are a few possible ways you are getting a Blue Screen of Death or BSOD in short.

    1. Lack of Hard Drive Space

    2. OutDated Software Drivers

    3. Corrupted File or Drivers

    4. Too many Software loaded at Computer Startup

    5. There is a Virus on your computer or Worm / Trojan

    6. Hardware Problem, Video Card/Hard Drive,Memory

    7. Lack of Power on your Computer

Thanks so much for telling me. It only happens with Trickster. Well I have a vista, and its only 3 months old, and the computer isn't even half full. Okay, I can do that, but... I don't know how to check any of that stuff. I do know my anti virus, its Norton, and something provided by Yahoo sbcglobal. My graphics card is Mobile Itel(R) 965 Express, and driver is 2008Y3M20D version,

I have 76.2 gigs available out of 144 in hard drive C(called Data C on my comp), and an hard drive D(called Data D on my comp) wich has 138 out of 138.

So how do I check the otehr stuff, also my computer is by Acer, if that has to do with anything.

One more thing; something that doesn't have to do with this Blue Screen of Death, I can't open my cookies and I've nver been able to acess them since I got this comp, which isn't cool, 'cause I do need to empty those. It says C://Windows/cookies is not accessible Access is dnied."

    Can I fix that?? >.<

Because I just went on Trickster and when I went to exit it did the blue screen, but it also made this weird noise. If itcomes down to it I may just have to stop playing Trickster all together, wich I don't want.

    Just curious...

What sort of sound card do you have? Is it by any chance a Realtek? If so, it might be your sound card's driver.

    Hello Again YamiYuka,

First of all did you try to empty or delete your cookies in Internet Explorer? to delete them go to the Tools option and click internet options. There should be a tab in there that says Temporary Internet Files. Click on Delete Cookies and Delete files. If you want to view your cookies then click on Settings then click on View Files ok. If your still having the Blue Screen of Death problem it might be your sound card or there is a virus/trojan making your computer unstable. As I have told Bryan1996 uninstall your Norton Antivirus Software and use Kaspersky Internet Security Instead ok. I will send you the license key for Kaspersky  Internet Security so you can use it ok. And I will send you 2 other software that I use to remove those annoying viruses and trojans too. After you have installed Kaspersky Internet Security email me ok. After Kaspersky Internet Security is installed on your computer do a full virus scan on all your hard drives ok My Email Address is Amd280032@yahoo.com. As for your sound card try searching for a more updated drivers for your sound card ok. After all that is done try to run Trickster again and see if the Blue Screen of Death appears again. Email me if it does appear again ok. Disable your screen savers too to free up memory. Hope to hear from you soon. ^^
