hi , i have a question , how i can complete de card identification skill quest , i know i need go to poppuri dungeon - rainbow cave but , i do all arbiters quests , but when they say "The card you brought will be identified and substantiated. Once it is substantiated , there is no going back." i select "I am Ready!" and he say "How prideful you are! You can only do one test at a time!Remember that!" what i need to do??? can i restart this quest or other thing like it? Please Help me
He's trying to give you a Monster Quest, so most likely you need to get the reward from a Monster/Party Quest you have done previously first.
Try to see if that works.
