I could have sworn OnteShotTwoKill was level 30 or lower two days ago, I saw him in Paradise Shop trying to loot my compound stones when I transferred, and I swear he still had a duckie symbol.
Who knows. Either way they will be removed anyways.

I say accident/blooper on GM side(if anyone remember a certain Driller Marky joke long ago, thats an example). Most logical answer, really.
