Well, this have been bugging me for a bit of recent, as it comes in waves sometimes, and sometimes it dont appear at all. While my process list on the other hand remains the same as always.

Alright, update. I'm going to assume I have solved this issue(going to monitor this for a few more days), as the error stopped persist for almost a day now.
Would seem for me, that my multiple cores would go out of sync, thus causing gameguard to crash. This type of error exists with games that run on U2 engine as well(such as Lineage). Solution is, that during the game, you enter the Task Manager(hit ctrl+alt+delete, pick Task Manager), then click "processes", and go to trickster.bin. Right click it, pick "Set Affinity", and uncheck any additional CPU(CPU1, 2 and 3, but not CPU0). This should solve the speedhack issue, if you had same issue I had, that is.
For AMD users, there is a much easier solution tho, that doesnt involve having to set affinity each time you start the game, and thats to simply download the "AMD Dualcore Optimizer"(http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/dynamicDetails.aspx?ListID=c5cd2c08-1432-4756-aafa-4d9dc646342f&ItemID=153), for one.
No clue if Intel users have anything similar or whatever. *shrugs*
Nevertheless. Cheers for those that got helped if any. I myself can play contently again. :>
