What I REALLY want to know is if there will be a "Egg Watcher" so we can see what the current stats of the egg are so I don't have to keep count on how many times I pick up galders. x.x

According to Jto, there's some sort of 'egg-watcher'~ If i'm not mistaken, it says "You will be able to see the status of the aura {the elements} by double-clicking it~

It's actually been shown on ggftw.com a few times.
Always be sure to keep an eye out, you never know what you might miss otherwise.

For example, can a power guardian learn charm skills? Can a sense guardian learn magic skills?

From what I understand, the individual numbers on the build graph state how many skills from each area your guardian can learn.
So if you had a 6125 guardian, it can learn 6 power, 1 magic, 2 sense, and 5 charm skills?

Yes, but the Guardian is limited to how many of a certain type of skill it can learn depending on it's build.
Example: A Guardian with a 3345 (Just random numbers for the example) can learn only 3 Power Skills, 3 Magic Skills, 4 Sense Skills, and 5 Charm Skills. I hope it's understandable now.
I get it now...this is going to be quite complicated for me.
Guardians aren't that hard to understand when you understand a few of the concepts.
