Chapter 21: Tremors
a wide crack in the ground split.
Miu screamed as the two sides split.
Suzuki, Mizzy, Draco, Shannon, Miu, and Hito were on one side.
And Grace, Choco, and Rizuki were on the other.
Choco looked up the forest path. "....Its you again."
Rizuki looked at the buffalo, his black hair enough to know who he is.
Grace armed her katana, and sprinted at the buff, arms back from accelaration of speeds.
The buffalo moved to the right at the speed of light.
Grace ran straight passed, then slid to turn around, fighter's sandles grinding up the dirt path.
Then the buff moved again and stabbed Graci in the side.
"GRACI!" Hito screamed as Graci slid across the ground, near the edge of the crack in the ground.
Rizuki armed and cocked his blood assault rifle at the ground.
Eric chuckled, holding a fiery blade.
"GET HIM!" Suzuki called out, and Riz sprinted at full speed directly at Eric.
Riz tried to pistol wip him, but Eric kept dodging.
Just then, Miu hopped over to Grace's side. Rizuki finally ran back and tried to shoot him, but the shots were blocked by his swift blade.
Miu tightenned her black flats against the grinding dirt, and jumped 100 feet into the air.
"Whirlwind blaze~" Miu powered up a hurricane of fire around her, then flew higher into the air. "Arrow rush!"
The arrows caught fire apon leaving the whirlwind and were like swift daggers flying at the buff.
Eric took a deep breath, then prepaired for the hits.
He only managed to block two of the seven mana arrows, and five hit him and burned his armor.
Yet he still stood tall.
Miu stayed staid in the air, then charged higher,at the speed of sound.
Rizuki shot Eric in the back, and drops of blood krept down his black armor.
"Earthquake blade." Eric shouted sternly.
Rizuki slid across the ground as the involuntary tremor rocked the ground.
An aura of light slid by and through Miu's blaze.
Her eyes lit up like two purple suns and wings of dark energy reached out of the back of her black dress.
At a speed to high to measure, the world moved slowly in harmony with her auras.
Grace looked up at the sky, bleeding to death, yet smiling.
Miu's Halo lit up and her hair turned from black to white.
Then she caught even more speed, rushing toward Eric at the speed of light.
And in one split second, Rizuki shot Eric in the side.
Then Miu's enourmous hurricane entered the scene.
She looked like an angel and a dark aura mage at the same time.
"Mana Shield~" Miu put a shield around her brigade members.
Then everything struck.
The impact measuring higher than a sonic boom rocking the universe into motion.

Light...Dark...Must....

A smoke surrounded the Buff, and a wind swept through.
Miu flew back into the air, and at 1000 feet, all her Auras flashed and closed.
Her eyes closed, she fell.
Speeding faster and faster.
Light...Dark....Faint....
She fell towards the break between the lands.
"MIU!" Hito screamed as Miu fell an inch away from entering the fault.

The world moved in harmonious motion all around Miu's body as she regained her aura's

Eric emerged from the smoke, alive by merely a thread of energy left in him.
He appeared as a soldier who survived a bomb that awoke the earth.
He smirked at the ground.
Then at the speed of light, he sprinted at Choco who was sitting on the burnt grass.
".....You.." Choco looked down at her legs, and she couldnt move or get up.
Eric picked her up as if she was a twig from one of the trees, and teleported away.

Is any of this real.....or not?
Miu openned her eyes and looked around her.
She was whitnessing pure darkness.
Her smirk was unseen, but felt.
She closed her eyes.

A burst of energy lit up her eyes purple.
Wings of light lit up the darkness.
She smirked.
And in no more than a milisecond but less than a second, she flew at full speed out of the fault, glowing with all her auras, dark and light.

She landed next to Grace, and passed out on the grass.

She had seen everything.
"Where's Choco?"
