4114 build is pretty good for coons.You might choose to go hybrid or pure.You also might consider choosing Pure AP or AV.

Well, if you're going for PvP, I rather you go for Bunny/Buff or even water/lightning wizards.For raccoon skill build, I'm not really sure, but I bet you can find a topic using our Search function at the top.
Go pure hp! 4123 or 4114 or even 1144
The LK and Weight makes people happy ^-^
For the skills... just gotta tell you Full house, One pair, Power charging, and skunk pouch. The rest should be self explanatory

I think you meant 3124 XD...it's impossible for charm not to have 4 on the build graph x3 and whoa you are uber I love you!. XD That's awesome.

Maybe look up guides on wiki =/ for the skills for the different builds? O-o' most racoons go 4114 or 3124 pure HV/AP/HP/half AP and half HV. Some go for extreme builds like the 1144 xD and I envy their LK and weight ;~;'' .... as for skills...once again depends on what you're going for...for example if you go pure HV it's not recommended to get powerblow =P..such a useless skill ><...
