I was a 1144 DP cat before.
i did not put powerblow but intsead i put galder throw and maxed it. it does full damge to any enemies
so my skill build if i remeber is this:
1st job:
Galder Throw MAX(used for grinding in low levels and makes don giuvanni bow onto it XD)
Dodge Master MAX
Surdy shield MAX*
Mana Reflect MAX**
*(about shield all do, get it later on the game sturdy shield already gives high percentage max it later after getting the Siren Song if thats the reason fo you DP build)
**I did put Skunk pouch before but i have to use a masters authority to learn Mana reflect and kill Fking Sea Hyenas and sea spirits and Skunk pouch is not a grinding skill)
2nd job:
Physical training MAX(as usaual)
Vollle Kick MAX (its still the best skill of a Cat)
Siren Song MAX( this is your DP Based skill and also HP based so consider putting HP in your caharacter but itrequires 90 TM level to learn be sure you have enough TM's to master it)
Sumo Suit MAX (this wil make you extremely resistant to physical attacks knowing ur a DP build)*
*(of course int the middle you can level shield all to level 10 or MAX bec Sumo suit periquisites is sturdy Shiled and Shield all both level 10.)
3rd Job take Diva, Primma skills relies only in AP and HV stats useless for DP Cats like you^^
Super HIps(The enemies with 99 levels above you will not crit you or same level this will help greatly in your build. it supplements Dodge Master)
Impelling Rage MAX (HP based Damage consider it putting HP in your build also)
You can get card skills or galder skills in the middle of the game. i think you need galder skill to grind at tap 1but maybe you can compensate it with elemental weapons
Note: DP build cats are PVM only. Dp is still a weak stats in the PVP and you cant Boss either due to lack of offensive skills. even if you have VK it has only decent damage to kill monsters only
oh yea im not a DP cat anymore^^ but if you are still determined to become a DP cat then try follwing these builds^^

yea Siren Song is reason why I go for pure DP, Im 4114 so I hope its not a problem and I can still bossing ( I want hunt Tutankhameth for pharao set ). Thanks for all this ideas :)
Get The Main Shields First SInce Your One Defensive Cat:
1) Sturdy Shield
2) Shield All
3) Mana Reflector
Max Them..
Then When You Reach TM 90
Get Siren Song Since You Will Rely On It On Higher Levels,
~Some Skills You Will Need On Training:
*Skunk Pouch*
*Dodge Master*
*Galder Throw*
*Volley Kick Since Theres no good offensive skills at lower levels .. Get Hv equips For this one*
