Looking for a good Sheep Build / Skills

At the moment, I haven't downloaded the game yet, but I've heard good things about sheep, and I was wondering if 1 into power, 4 in magic, 4 in sense, and 1 into charm was a good build. (1441)

I got this from a friend who plays Trickster, and she said it was the best starting sheep build.

I was also wondering if anyone could recommend some skills for me? I prefer to be more of a tank and soak up damage, but anything that lays people out flat in one hit is always good. XD

1441 is a good build. As for a starting build with no partner it would be difficult for a bit, but if you had a friend to play with, then it should be simple enough. Besides 1441, using 1432 is pretty friendly still.

sheep comes down to the basic foundation skills for highest damage, via arrow rush. Then once class changed, you're simply choosing 2 elements. You might want to carefully consider what types you want. I'm pretty sure you can pick up some sheep guide and get it.

As for soaking up damage, that comes when your 3rd job and choosing to become a light witch. You'll have moderate damage skills (light based) + the elementals from 2nd job; which is more than enough to one hit anything with enough MA. Then you'll get SoH (shield of heaven) which is pretty much a super extension bar of your hp and you can soak up all sorts of damage with that. Going this path also happens to add light shield which adds more MD and DP with more MA, creating more of a tanking feel for you.

Well, thats just the basic information though. Just look for a light witch guide somewhere, im pretty sure that'll go more in-depth

Actually... 1441 is NOT a friendly starter build. However, given that there are some new HP hats and other equips that will increase the health points your character will have, it's not as hard compared to years ago. Be cautious because 1441 will allow you to be very wackable, meaning a monster can 1-hit you unless you have enough health to stay alive.

You don't necessarily need to become a Light Witch in your third job as well. If you balance your build and stats out well, you can be any element and any job. For a 1441 or a 1432, you can basically choose any element or job you want so long as you have enough HP equipment. If you choose a 1423 or a 1414 build, you'll get more defense, but your magic accuracy will be a tiny bit lacking which you can make up for with Luck equipment. (Earth/Wind/Water/Light are the more accurate magic spells which you won't need as much Luck compared to the other elements. Fire/Lightning/Dark are the less accurate magic which will require you to either compensate with high luck equipment or a high luck build.)

Light Witch would make you more durable though due to the Light Shield and Shield of Heaven skills. However, if you like a more offensive kind of shield, Dark Witch or Soul Master shields repel attacks.

yea follow Elceya she is the sheepy here and i kinda agree with her.If you choose to have a 1441 build Im not gonna lie but you will have some tough roads ahead of you low charm stats and you wont last long against mobbing monsters.To me this is a hard build I went with a 1432 build and im doing fine.Now that I have shield of heaven i want to change my build to a 1432 o:. But you dont need to have a light sheep to have power.It just makes your life easier,if you want power go with that Elceya said Dark witch or a soulmaster.Although I think Light mages gots some benefits :<

yep.... if you''re a non myshop customer then i would suggest you go 1432 at least cuz it's decent for a first timer, decent for fire(if you choose to), also decent for rush......

 

and yea like what others said don't just rely on your 2 in charm stat (1432), get some hp comped equips mmkay? (^-^)
