i just made a pure AP raccoon but im still confused of what skills to get/raise
whats a good skill build for PURE AP raccoons?

You can have a
4114 build, more power
or
a 3124, for more weight but less power

Card Skills: its AP reliant
in Metamorphosis i think its more better if you are HV build and if you want more AP compensate it with AP gears. beacuse the 30% deduction only affects your base AP not your Plus AP.
FOr example: you have 1000+5000 AP but if you Metamorph XD you will get 700+5000.

Of course you need PowerBlow for grinding in low levels they said its much more stronger than shockwave and being Pure AP really helps^^

Racoon AP??? Racoon Built only go HV or HP... which I think is more Correct
Evol benefit in AP + ( x 2.5) / Meta benefit in HV + ( x 2.5)
That is to say if a 400lvl Racoon with 200HV BASE... will have 200HV + (200HV x 2.5) when Meta
So it will have 200HV + 500HV = 700HV Base.... (No need any equip already have 700HV....)

Dodge Master MAX
Sturdy Shield MAX ( DP reduces recoil damage from Full House)
Shield all MAX ( to reduce more of the recoil damge XD)
Mana Reflect MAX. (for those meddling mages)
Physical Training MAX ( DUH)
2nd JOb
uhmmm all of the card skills maybe this i could suggest
Card Strike MAX
Super Hips( very useful and i think you already know it)
Skunk Pouch 10 (Perquisite of Full House)
One Pair MAX( matches the power of Volley Kick ist a must skill^^)
Lady Luck MAX (this will make your OP stronger than Volley Kick i think...)
Maybe in the middle you can learn metamorphosis but do not get Meta skills because these are HV reliant
3rd Job:
Full House MAX (the crowning glory of the Racoon XDDD)
Heavy Hit 10 or MAX ( its the only Meta skill that is AP reliant good for your AP build racoon)
Maybe after learning these skills you could learn HP based skills such as Impelling rage and Power charging.
Galder skills is useless on PVP i think because its not spammable and you are just wasting money of you are fighting a Player with good and baerely Good HV gears.
Do not get Flux Capacitor for this excahnges your HP to MP and its suicide. you better of with Blue pots.
