I played trickster a few years back and I played all classes (RPG ADD).
Im back into playing but I'm having so much trouble deciding between a Fox or a Cat. As both have varied strengths and weaknesses to take into account, I know a Fox is a hard lvl grind for a while and that doesn't offset me too much and essentially all low levels are a grind in some shape.
Fox from what i have read is mostly DA for obvious reasons.
While a Cat has enough attack power to choke a horse.
I would really appreciate some help on choosing and I thank you all who do help!

~ i believe cats really are efficient at training later on cuz of this skill that they get at tm 115 i believe

~Fox is also good for compounding/refining that's why I recommend you play it first so that you 're cat can have good upgraded equips but I'm also kinda holding back on this whole statement cuz sometimes LK is stupid it doesn't give more probability like it's supposed to do.

I find it slightly amusing that both of you claim the opposite is a money hog lol. I do agree that 300k every 10 minutes is a bit extreme I think for the time being I'll go with Cat since i know getting 300k in game is a royal pain :P
Actually I have a fox and even though she is not very high lvled yet (since I only started playing a few days) I never need to buy potions for her. If I train in mobs that are the same lvl that my fox I don't even need to sit cause I almost don't lose HP. And when I wanna fight someone stronger just for kicks, if I need to regain health I use the HP recovering items that I got before from killing mobs xD

I'm a Fox and yes, I use a lot of money on Shuriken even though my main attack is Stone Strike. But, unlike the weird people who deem in unnesesary to put more than a 1 in Sense you are a good driller and compounder. That being said, drilled and compounded items (expesially for quests) sell for a LOT. I once made 10k on Caballa Coffee when it only took me a few Guina, 2 distilled water, 1 empty potion bottle (?), and 1,000 (I think) to make it.
Then the drilled items. You could sell those for 2,000 less than everybody else and still make a ton of money. Just make sure you don't charge to much for the place you're in. Ex: 50,000 for 1 sand grain. Not many begginers have that much money to spare.
Why are fun-sized candy bars always small? If they were fun, they'd be gigantc. These "fun-sized" candy bars are hide-in-your-pocket size, just begging to be stolen.
Hey you can always become a melee/LK fox and then you don't have to use any shurikens at all!!
and maybe not even MP/HP potions much if you've got good LK!
because the normal monsters won't be able to hit you and you don't use skills, except for buffs. You'd just whack with attribute compounded equips (like Gold sword and Gold lion Shield!) and you'll crit like crazy 8D
The Gold Sword and Gold Lion shield would probably be abit expensive for a beginner, especially if it's already been compounded and refined. But if you make a cat, you'd want to get one for her anyways...so~
Oh!, also you'd also be better at compounding then an DA Fox (even though compounding is mostly chance, the LK really really helps)
But you won't be as good a driller as the DA fox, but honestly all you need to do is slap on a couple of DA accessories and you're good to go~ because with a 4 in sense, you'll have a nice amount of DA anyways~
