It's supposed to almost always hit twice. Now it hits only once most of the time. Damage is effectively halved.

I saw that skill when my friend was hitting Opps monsters. Looks cool. I like "CHIZERK!!! AAAIIEEEE!!! *Xena yell*" more though. ^^
Shadow sucks compared to Tetra. Even with < -30 DX
Only does like.. 5% more than my normal Melee attack... so whats the point.

DX builds are more for poking around with than actually being serious--if you're serious, go for a Tetra Punch bunny and watch the numbers fly, I've seen 100,000s from bunnies in the low 200s levelwise. DX is more for playing mindgames, since at certain intervals of DX, you actually GAIN more attacks per strike (one per six DX, starting at -3, I think...or was it +3?). If you're doing 10-15 attacks per strike, the constant numbers can play some serious mindgames with opponents. It's like one of the Evolution/Metamorph skills that causes DoT...
AFAIK, Gale Strike wasn't nerfed. Tempest Strike was. Gale Strike still hits twice.
