If you could could you paste the error message exactly? Or screenshot it and upload it?
I don't know of any reason why it would say something such as "Hotmail is not exist"

Email accounts that are inactive for 1 year or so get deleted. So if you made it in 2007 and you never logged in at least once every new year then it was deleted.

In any case, since your old email account was deleted, can you just remake it? then try and change it?
