You can drill them in SE or SW forest near Megalopolis.
Hi, you can find the sweet milk and sweet chocolate powder by drilling. I am drilling at Southeast Forest at the moment and have found both items there.

Well... this event has me stumped lol...
but here is what i have so far...
craven in paradise gives you MQ, unsure of limit.... i'm up to 14 (gave up so far lol)
clever owl is in event garden, who asks for 5 sweet chocolates.... you can get the chocolates by compounding with compounder paul also in event garden, with sweet chocolate powder and sweet milk both of which is drilled in south east and west forest... unsure of how many times to do also up to 7 (gave up to do next).
princess rosetta is in coral beach right down the bottom, whom asks for tasty mango, tasty watermelon and tasty beans which are recieved from clever owl quest, each completed cycle.... and tasty ice which is dropped by iciclers, that are hunted from mq from craven....she gives you fruity shaved ice.
you can get invitation tickets from mirabo in event garden, as far as i can understand only 1 per day per char....
you take the collected tickets and fruity shaved ice to mermaid marin in coral beach to exchange for equips....
I'm just a little confused on the amount of times it is to be done... i would keep doin them but i''m too tired as its 5:36am here at the moment in aussie, lucky i have nothing on tomorrow/today lol....
well if anyone can add on please do thats all i know and all i'm willing to find out right now lol....
