I am personally one of those drillers that gets absolutely annoyed when someone comes up and drills right beside me or stands there waiting for the loot to time out. Basic Detection and Item Detector only last so long and are sometimes really hard to see enough as it is without someone standing right there.
As for my friends hitting me up for items. Well there is a select few that knows that if they asked for items I would gladly give them or buy them whateverr the case may be. However, I get highly annoyed when someone asks to be my friend and not 10 minutes later asks me for high amounts of galdar, items or myshop. Those that do this are promptly removed from my list.
All of this does not mean however that i will not help out someone when needed. Most of the time i am drilling or farming quest items for others instead of doing my own stuff that has needed to be done for centuries.
